Four Waves of Feminism

The Amherst Young Feminist Party unveiled a new mural, Four Waves of Feminism, at the Mill District Local Art Gallery on February 2, 2025. The artwork blends a 1986 feminist mural concept by Cinda Jones with modern interpretations from young activists. The event celebrated community collaboration, artistic expression, and gender equality, featuring local refreshments and remarks on the evolution of feminist movements.
